Pozdrav, drugari.
Imam problem sa jednim racunarom koji koristim. U pitanju je brend racunar HP Compaq Elite 8300 Small From Factor sa i7-3770 3.40GHz.
U toku rada, a i kada se nista ne radi na racunaru odjednom se poavi plavi ekran i pocne ucitavanje procenata kao na slici i racunar se restartuje.
Testirao sam ram memoriju sa gold memory i nije bilo gresaka, a testirao sam i graficku karticu testom opterecenja i izdrzala je do samog kraja i maksimalna temperatura je bila 96.

Da li mozda imate ideju sta moze da bude problem?

Instaliran je windows 10 x64 na SSD-u.

Instaliraj Who Crashed Free Home Edition 7.01


Klikni na Analiza i spusti se na dno prozora. Bice zabiljezeno u koje vrijeme i zasto je doslo do "plavog" ekrana. Mozda je samo problem do ne odgovarajuceg drajvera.

Ugasio sam eset smart security da vidim da nije mozda on prouzrukovao problem

Todo, sa obzirom da se problem javlja i tokom rada i kada miruje, počni lepo od osnovnih stvari
Očisti komp od prašine, apliciraj sveže termalne paste (sve -čispet, cpu, vga), izduvaj memorijeske slotove ...Proveri napajanje

Ako si to već uradio, nešto nije kako treba (grafa ili ploča, eventualno napajanje)

Pretpostavljam da nije ubacivana dodatna grafička, tako da ti ostaje kao potrencijalno najveći krivac CPU ... za početak, velike su šanse da se samo pregreva.
Istina, Intelovi procesori su izuzetno izuzetno retko defektni i/ili otkazuju, ali se ipak dešava.
