LOCATION: Villa Park, IL
SALERY: $$750 to $1500 per week depending on experience and what you can bring to the table.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The dispatcher must be able to work in a sometimes pressured environment. Office is generally low key but we need you to produce and sometimes you have to be an A stringer to do so! You must exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position at times.
If you speak Slavic languages such as Serbo Croation, Slovanian, Macedonian, Polish, Russian, Ukraine, and/or Spanish.. Definitely a a bonus.

- Duties customarily involved in all aspects of pickups and deliveries and tracks shipments from beginning to end.
- Ensure that damaged vehicles are reported to Maintenance.
- Arrange for emergency pickup and delivery of orders.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and drivers.
- Plan pickup and delivery of orders in such a way as to minimize cost with the fewest empty miles available.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must have been an OTR spot load dispatcher for 2 years (Required).. 5 years+ a serious bonus of consideration.
- May make exceptions with less than 2 years but you have to demonstrate your worth!
- High School or Associate's degree. College preferred.
- Basic computing skills is a must! Protransport, DAT and keeptruckin experience is a bonus.
- Must be a good people person! This is critical.
- Able to manage several tasks simultaneously. Good multitasking!
- Orientation to detail. Good with paperwork.
- Excellent organization skills and logical thinking. GOOD WITH STRATEGY!
- Knowledge of DOT regulations. Hours of service ect.
