Here are the steps for anyone else with the same problem:
When in Control Panel
CLICK Add/Remove Programs
CLICK Add/Remove Windows Components
CLICK Networking Services.
Click on the "Details" button, then uncheck the box for Internet Gateway.
Problem solved!
