Downloader tweaks

Fixed a possible 100% downloaded file not showing as downloaded

Added in new choice box options for blue button to either delete one entry or delete all downloaded files from the list.

Force type to be m3u_plus in the code to prevent an epg identifier clash between my different plugins.
Fixed an out of index out of range error if playlists have been deleted or expired.

Made the secret thing file save. Also halved the results to make it quicker

Removed failed epg xml files on entering plugin. Should free a bit of space for people using hacked lines or large epgs.

Added in the correct haze backgrounds.
I also think you can now change playlists.txt location without rebooting your box. Happy accident.
