Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Select IEEE 1394 Host Bus Controllers and select 1394 Device.
Right Click device -> Select properties -> Power Management Tab
Check the box -> Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ( Mine was not checked by default)
Windows 7 now powers down fine.

ili ovo: u biosu imas jednu opciju APM ili slicno Advanced Power Menagement, neke ploce su radjene po starom tipu APM-a pa je potrebno ili iskljuciti ili ukljuciti APM u zavisnosti od ploce, ponekad ovaj proces ne radi sto znaci da ti je tip APM noviji, pa tada valjda prostom logikom, idete na auto power pc odnosno ima jedna opcija u biosu da on monitoruje tastaturu misa irq-ove com portove .... da bi upalio racunar, u svakom biosu ovo se zove drugacije, iskljuci sva monitorovanja ploce za bootovanje masine ono "DISABLE" i tvoji problemi ce nestati sa gasenjem. Ali napomena nemoj da se zeznes pa da iskljucujes automonitor clock, Frst bus, Extern bus, ili nesto tipa northbridge, southbridge, jer to nije za Wakeup racunara. I ne nalazi se u istoj grani opcija za WAKEUP PC.

ako ti ovo gore neresi problem, pokusaj na ova 2 nacina...
1) Create a .bat file (create txt file and change extention to .bat)
2) Right Click on file > "edit" and enter following info:
net stop "Audiosrv"
net stop "AudioEndpointBuilder"
3) Save file as "Audio stop"(or whatever you want) to your main drive ie: C:\Audio stop
4) Open "run" from start menu and enter "gpedit.msc" (without quotes) and hit "OK"
5) Now navigate from right pain of window "User Configuration" > "Windows Settings" > "scripts (Logon/Logoff)" > "Logoff"
6) From window that opens from clicking "Logoff" Click "Add" then browse to where you saved "Audio Stop.bat" earlier and double click on it.
7) Hit "Apply" and close.
You are done
Window7 will now Automatically stop the Audio services when Shutting Down or Restarting allowing system to complete the process.

-Turn off the Firewire port in BIOS.
-Install usbehci.sys (For usb hubs)
-Exit all programs before shutting down
-Adjusting the power button settings in the control panel
-Turning off all non-microsoft services in MSCONFIG
