You're right, that is Serbian language, written in cyrillic. It is about sports fan groups frases.
The first frase on the top says: Serbia from Tokio to Milwauke, the last one, on the bottom, says: Long live the Serbia, and this one in the middle is the name of one fan group which was named after one town in northern Serbia, Apatin.
