I am here because I work for a company which wants to open an IT office in Serbia. We have been looking at different strategies for finding the right type of people and the one with the lowest success has been online recruitment.
Do you have any websites which are well known in Serbia for recruitment to connect employers with potential employees?
Could anyone please also tell me the correct section I could post our recruitment description on this website?
