Create a graceful, elongated muscles with this exercise for the whole body, using the technique of stretching the muscles, whose efficiency and uniqueness is proved. Create your own workout, combining all segments in the order you want, or combine them all for a full body workout.
Warm up (5 minutes): Perform a total workout for the whole body, using light to repeat the dance moves, plie and dynamic stretches.
Upper Body (20 minutes): Start with exercises on the mat, based on the resistance of your own body, to strengthen and make more sculpted upper body and center before proceeding to the exercises with weights, including the motion of a swan, to create subtle and relief hands.
Lower Body (20 minutes): Extend the thighs and at the same time, give shape and firmness of the back of the legs, along with unique exercises at the barre, which will force your muscles to tremble, but will help to achieve the desired results.
Centre (20 minutes ): Work with every corner of your center with exercise, tighten the muscles and movements based on Pilates and dance to fortify the middle part of the body, to make the muscles more legible and sculptural.
Stretching (10 minutes): Relax and restore your body with deep yogic centric dance and stretching for all muscle groups, which got a great portion of the load in this lesson!
