Can somebody tell me what's the difference between these switches? Thanks.

The big difference between them is the former is '-L' while the latter is '-S'. -L means LAN Base while -S means IP Base. More product features below:

Details in first case suggest this:stack with IP base or IP service feature does not support,

Second case is a bit different :in order to stack with LAN base feature set, [hl]IP[/hl] base need to configure in LAN base feature set (Stack module purchase separately),Plus they have:25 wireless APs and 1000 wireless connections (AP licenses purchase separately) and Flexible Netflow monitors the network traffic flows to help identify the threat of network...
I think that you ...have to carefully read this differences again...haha and how to choose,is a quiz on their own..
