The installation instructions are in Russian and are tricky. I have compiled my own set of instructions. Hope they are helpful:

The order of the installation:
1. Go to the directory MEDICINE.
2. Run the file PINNACLE PIXIE ACTIVATION 470. After this, you will not need to enter any serial numbers when installing Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 14.

3. Go to the directory INSTALL_STUDIO_14.
4. Run the file WELCOME.EXE.
5. First click on STUDIO 14 to start the installation of the program. Click on REGISTER LATER. Click on REGISTER LATER again. Complete the installation. Complete the installation of the program.
6. Then, click OK to continue the installation of plug-ins. Complete the installation of the plug-ins.

7. Click on TRANSFER CONTENT (from the original WELCOME.EXE file that you ran). Choose YES for content disc and STUDIO 11 for version.
8. Go to the directory BONUS_1. Mount the image file to a virtual drive.
9. Run SETUP.EXE from the BONUS_1 image file you have mounted. Complete the installation to install the following plug-ins: StageTools MovingPicture, proDAD Vitascene, BIAS SoundSoap.
10. Unmount the BONUS_1 image file.
11. Go to the directory BONUS_2. Mount the image file to a virtual drive.
12. Run SETUP.EXE from the BONUS_2 image file you have mounted. Complete the installation to install additional content.
13. Unmount the BONUS_2 image file.
14. Click on TRANSFER CONTENT (from the original WELCOME.EXE file that you ran). This will just confirm that the additional content from version 11 is installed properly for use in version 14.
15. Click on EXIT THE INSTALLER(from the original WELCOME.EXE file that you ran).
16. Go to the directory GRAFFITI. Run SETUP.EXE to install this plug-in (Boris Graffiti 5.2). For the installation path, choose the following directory: C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Studio 14\Plugins\RTFx.
17. Go to the directory PRODAD.MERCALLI. Browese to the sub-directory SETUP. Run mercali-setup.exe to install the plug-in. The plug-in will only appear in Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 14, after step 17 (installing plug-in updates).
18. Go to the directory PLUGINS_UPDATE. Run all the EXE files (5 in total) to complete the installation and update of the plug-ins.

19. Go to the folder PS_14_CONTENT. Run PS14 CONTENT.EXE. This will install version 14 additional content. The installer is in Russian, but that does not make a difference.

20. All done. Run PINNACLE STUDIO 14 from the desktop shortcut and enjoy the program.
21. If you want a clean installation of version 14, without any additional content and plug-ins from previous versions, bypass steps 7-18.
